About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management, and play a crucial role in expanding our client base as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
⦁ Actively hunt for new business opportunities and grow UrbanMetry's client base
⦁ Pitch and recommend services to potential clients to help solve their business challenges
⦁ Build business relationships with clients, identifying their needs effectively to contribute to the company’s top line
⦁ Involve in the sales process from client acquisition to closing new business and client onboarding
⦁ Involve in the preparation of documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) and project tenders
⦁ Manage client expectations and project deliverables for data analytics projects
⦁ Collaborate with Urbanmetry's project team on deliverables to meet project milestones
⦁ Customer happiness manager and helpdesk for Urbanmetry's front end platform
⦁ Research emerging trends and development
